Buying a firearm online or from a private seller? We handle all incoming FFL transfers at Pioneer Arms — fast, compliant, and hassle-free. Dealers shipping to us must have a copy of our FFL on file before sending.

💰 Transfer Fees & Storage
Pioneer Arms LLC will accept transfers from individuals and other FFL’s from across the country. We do ask that you reach out to us via email prior to sending a gun to us. Failure to do so may result in additional fees. See the fee table below.

| Ship to us with prior approval from FFL or individual | $50 |
| Ship to us without prior approval | $70 |
| Shipping to another FFL | $50 + Actual Shipping Cost and Insurance |
| NFA Transfer (you will pay applicable tax stamp and provide finger prints) | $100 |
Additional storage fees of $1 per day per gun may apply if you fail to make an attempt to pick up your gun or contact us within 7 days from it arriving. We will make an attempt to contact you with whatever information the sender has provided us, however, it is not our responsibility. Remember, you ordered it from a third party, we are not a warehouse.
